The Lady Legends Charity Classic™ is a 3-day weekend of fun, celebration and purpose. We honor and celebrate the work and contribution of the legends of women's sports. This event and celebration is not without purpose. At the heart of The Lady Legends Charity Classic, WSTR Inc., and the Journey of Dreams Foundation is our steadfast purpose to empower and inspire. In addition to offering a free basketball clinic to students ages 7 -17, it is our goal to award two (2) - $500 Scholarship through the WSTR Journey of Dreams Foundation. What is a Lady Legend?A Lady Legend is ageless and timeless. She is a person that strives to inspire those around her, those who watch her, those who support her and those in her community. She has a glamour and a genuine concern that goes beyond what is currently in vogue. Even though her position sometimes demands that she be the center of attention she understands her historical perspective in her field of participation and embraces it with dignity, courage and respect. She doesn't run for the path of least resistance. She blazes the trail for those who are to come.
